Normally, I don’t care to share information about sites operated by Small World Marketing, because I rather not put out ideas that our competition may use. However, I am particularly proud of this site and I think it’s worth discussing.
The design for this site was inspired by How To Guides. I wanted to take the concept of How To Guides and bring some automation into the mix. At first glance, Home Remedies For looks like a standard homeopathic site. The backend, however, is an installation of Wordpress. I’ve stripped out the classes and functions in order to give the source code the feel of a page-by-page html site. The category pages make use of the “Limit Posts” plugin and summarize the content of the individual posts. The home page lists all posts and sorts them alphabetically. The links located at the end of each article are generated based on the category that article belongs to. It’s a simple, effective and super SEO friendly site, not to mention the great content!
